Stevenson climbing the lightweight ladder
Peace, Joe Stevenson says, is a beautiful thing. And though the UFC lightweight contender says bluntly that he has "huge, big problems" in his life, he acts as if he doesn't have a care. He and his wife, Maia, don't sweat even the most significant ordeals they may face. He's been through so many monumental issues in his life, he says the ordinary day-to-day problems that plague any young couple don't even register.

Arona talks about his future
The Brazilian fighter from BTT had a quick chat with the guys from tatame.com.br on the beach before going surfing, in Rio. "All is cool, I'm training normally, but not too hard as I have no fight coming up. What I want is to enter the cage in the UFC soon, but I have been told by the UFC management that they won't be using me just yet, so it's out of my hands right now. I think that the LHW division right now is awesome, and for sure it's the more exciting at the moment, if it was difficult before, imagine it now with all the Pride guys coming in.. I also think that Henderson will take the belt, but Rampage gets him in a good position, things can go the other way. Machida is very dangerous right now and getting better. Shogun will try to take Forest to the floor and will try to do his thing.." Said Arona.

The Huntington Beach Businessman
Love him or hate him, there is no denying the impact “The Huntington Beach Bad Boy” has on the continuing evolution of mixed martial arts. In fact, the mere mention of his name is usually enough to start a heated debate between UFC enthusiasts. Is he one of the world’s top light-heavyweights destined to recapture gold? Or is he a B-level fighter who’s mastered the art of self-promotion? There is no right or wrong answer, just opinions that are as diverse as his fan base.

Bonnar vs. Schafer
Light heavyweights Stephan Bonnar (10-4) and Eric Schafer (7-2-2) will clash at UFC 77 on October 20, according to a recent MySpace blog post from “Red.” I feel Bonnar has better standup and Schafer might be better on the ground. I think it will be a chess match and end up a decision for Bonnar.

TOP 5 U.S. Training Teams
The best places to train in martial arts have traditionally been in the Orient. If you wanted to study judo or sambo you went to Japan; if you wanted to study kung fu, you went China; and if you were training in tae kwon do you went to Korea. Today’s top combat fighters need to train in multiple disciplines if they want to compete at the highest levels.
