Rashad Evans will live to fight another day.

Despite losing his last four fights in a row, the former UFC light heavyweight champion has decided against retirement, Evans told MMAFighting.com recently.

I don't see any real path to victory for Rashad. It isn't a matter of the game passing him by, it's more a matter of him committing to his strengths during fight time. Whether it's his body or his mentality, he looks incredibly gun-shy and can't put together any combinations or take downs...or really do much more than head fake. The same appeared to be the case with BJ.

I thought he did well,or at least better in his last outing;he could've gotten the nod. But he's definitely not what he used to be,and it's hard to imagine him getting any significant wins anymore. I think Rampage may be coming back to UFC again so there's the perfect rematch. Wasn't Vitor Belfort calling for an old man's division?

I'd say bad move but it's his life and he's the only one who will take damage. Bellator?
