For much of his career, Michael Bisping was motivated by the idea of getting to square off with UFC legend Anderson Silva. Now that Silva has a positive test for anabolic steroids under his belt, Bisping’s interest has waned.

Bisping (27-7 MMA, 17-7 UFC) recently underwent surgery on his arm. The injury that led to the procedure forced him out of a UFC 193 bout with Robert Whittaker. While there’s no set timeframe for his return, Bisping is starting to move toward a return to the gym.

The way any Anderson Silva fight sells every single fighter in the world should be calling him out!

One hand it makes sense because of the position both are in but at the same time when Anderson knocks him out in the first with ease it will literally do nothing for him and Bispings just gonna call him a cheater afterwards anyways.

Back in the day when you called out Anderson and he accepted, you would get sponsors jumping all over you, so fighting Anderson was tough but you made money. Now, you make the same money fighting Ban Saunders so why fight Silva? There is no incentive if you ask me.

Bisping calls him out when he can't fight him. Now that he legit can, he says he wants nothing to do with Silva. I've never liked Bisping and this is exactly why. The guy is a contender-avoiding-whiney-little-pillow-fisted-bitch.

I think this would be a great fight.

But if Nick Diaz wasn't suspended, I would recommend a bout between Bisping and Diaz instead. Imagine the trash-talk and brawl we'd see.

Tired to props you but couldn't. But, this is one fight I WOULD LOVE TO SEE!!!! Diaz would wreck Bisping. That would be such a fuckin awesome match up!!

Waste of a fight imo. Bisping doesn't deserve the fight and would be badly outclassed. Maybe he has a gas tank to survive to later rounds but considering how Leites was lighting him early in their fight, I don't think he makes it to far with Silva. He should fook off with his lame dribble and speak in the cage.

Diaz vs Bisping is a better contest, both are on a more even tier then either trying to fight with Silva. Doubt it happens though, I could see both of whining about deserving a bigger fight considering if either of them ever fights again it's probably the last time.
