Not a good look for UFC fighter Anthony Johnson, who already has a long history of domestic violence charges and accusations against him.

Not surprising, the guy kinda cemented himself as piece of shit and an imbecile to me before this. I wonder if another name MMA gym will ban him specifically for his domestic abuse again? This guy is already lucky none of his domestic abuse have set him back all that much

^* alleged abuse.

But the point is valid, he's been extremely lucky that none of the charges ever stuck and that's he's still allowed to fight. One would think someone with such a background would be much more careful when throwing yoga mats. Him and others with tempers like that really need handlers to keep them out of trouble.

Gyms do an awful job at keeping people from doing stupid shit. Like yoga in a weight room or throwing yoga mats around a weight room. Chances are both are being petty ass holes about it.

Yet Johnson is the only one to confirm he is in fact a petty asshole here.

Rumble looks like the bad guy here but maybe this woman was being an incompetent numbskull. Now I am sure most of us go to a gym. And I'm sure we've all seen those people who break unwritten gym etiquette because they feel 'entitled' to do whatever they want because they pay just as much as you to be there. Now, we must hear the whole story BUT this may be a case of an ignorant individual.

You are all crazy. He was convicted on one of his 3 incidents on his record. Plead no contest. The reason one of the other cases was dropped is the person charging him abruptly dropped charges and left the country.

The only one that didn't try to charge him had pictures of bruises and made sure to get the incident on his record.

Ahhhhh, the annoying Gym Yogis. I'm kinda in Anthony's corner for this round. Not sure why people go straight to Twitter to air out their drama...never ends well.

I saw nothing to suggest his accuser left the country, that sounds more like thiago Silva. From what I read he was out of the country when an incident allegedly occurred. That could just be that I haven't dug deep enough or the reporting isn't in depth enough.

None of it looks good, that much is very clear and this fits an unfortunate pattern.

Are we really surprised that someone who looks like and fights like AJ is a rage monster? It's like we forget that the people crazy enough to participate in this sport are emotionally unstable... I train, I'm emotionally unstable, best guys I train with, all just as crazy.

I'm inclined to agree. Yoga is like the Grateful Dead for me; I don't have problem with the band, it's the fans I hate.
