The UFC couldn’t reach the same success in its second trip to Goiania.

They're learning that just having a Brazilian main eventer isn't going to cut it. LOL just like WCW the UFC has shit on their future for extremely short term success.

I'm fine with the low numbers in Brazil for two reasons:
1): Less BOO-ing.
2): Maybe this will cause the UFC to cut back on events in Brazil...because in my opinion, those cards aren't the most savory ones...and my picks are usually horrendous for Brazil cards.

Less BOO-ing.

I really HATE hearing BOO's. There should be a time to boo a fight, like Silva vs Maia. But otherwise, SHUT UP! Hard to disgust me more than booing fighters in the cage. It's disrespectful and creates an environment of degradation and hypocritical opinions.

What were the TV ratings like?

Can't blame them on the crisis

Or you could send some cards to the other 150+ countries in the world

That's a shame considering it was a pretty solid card. I actually agree with Prozac here. I think they should cut back on how often they're going to Brazil. Going to a UFC card is an expensive luxury. I may be talking out my ass here but everything I know about Brazil leads me to believe it's going to be tough to find enough people who can afford to go that many times a year.

Agree

Probably the reason why a Brazil tuf finale is in the states and not in their own country of Brazil regardless that it was filmed I'm Vegas

1 ppv
Maybe a fox card
And 2 fight nights should be it per year.

I would do maybe one or two more events a year in Mexico instead

This is such a bullshit excuse. Brazil has been in an economic crisis longer than the US has been. The division of wage in Brazil is absolute bullshit also. We in America cry about the rich, imagine living in a tin shack and shitting in a hole you dug in the floor. But, every morning you walk outside to see the high rises and nice skyscrapers of the elite 1%. Economic Crisis? or Brazilian history? Read a book, don't let some dumbass corporate stooge tell you why he failed at ripping of poor people with a shitty card.
