i think its a unnecessary at this point...as stated...pulver to 145...penn to 170....pulver has seen his best days at 155(tho he showed he deserves respect) and penn is potentially gonna hit his prime....don't think it would be any different and i doubt jens would see it any different

I really don't see that happening. Like Jens said, they are going in different directions. They got all chummy after the fight anyway, without the "bad blood" it's not such a novelty.

...and of course, BJ dominated him from start to finish. I almost got the sense that Penn was toying with him, the way a cat toys with a mouse instead of just killing it right away.

I'd watch BJ bust Jens up again but it wouldn't really prove anything.

Its not gonna happen, he already explained after the fight. I thought it was funny though how BJ wouldn't let go of the choke and then after that he was tryinhg to be all nice I thought Jens would have been pissed

Normally in a 1-1 situation I would say yes. In this case, there is absolutely no need for a rubber match. Had it not been for the show, I don't think there would have been a second match.

It would just be mean...jens is a tough guy, and he was the first LW champ...but he's past his prime.

I wouldn't even want to see it. It's 1-1 yes, but the first one was a 5 round decision and this was a quick submission, I think we know who the better fighter is at 155. As other people stated they are moving up and down in weight and they both said the fued was over between them.

Yea, they should not have another fight... Penn was hurt him bad in that fight..
P.S. - Why didn't BJ let go when he was giving Pulver the RNC.... I thought Pulver was gonna die...

I think we all know who the better fighter is. It is BJ Penn.

No way are we gonna see another one, it's been settled and BJ's put a stamp on the rivalry. Jens knows it and he looked shitty in there against him. It's over.
