World Series of Fighting has announced that undefeated lightweight and star wrestler Nick Newell has his next fight booked against Canada’s Iranian-born Sabah Fadai at December’s WSOF 7 in Vancouver, British Columbia. The WSOF organization recently acquired Canada’s Aggression Fighting Championship and is looking to continue to expand it’s reach internationally thanks to a recent partnership with IMG Media.

Newell's fought better opposition and beat better opposition. This is a step down for him, that said every opponent has a huge advantage over him so every pro fighter offers a legitimate threat

Meh I don't wanna be that guy who wants him to face a high level striker who knocks him out cold cause he can't block it.

I also don't wanna be the guy who wants him to face a high level grappler who armbars him and he cant tap.

The guy is a grappler so give him a guy who can beat him but his gameplan isn't focused on killing him. Lets see him handle Volkmann.

I'm actually thinking he's done enough to warrant a step up in competition.
In his 10-0 career he's only gone to a Decision one time and his last 2 fights
where against then 9-1 Keon Caldwell and he finished him in the 1st and
Eric Reynolds is a decent name that Newell also finished in the 1st. Reynolds
has fought some high level guys himself and Newell made quick work of him,
a fight where many people thought Newell would loss.
