Kubo and the Two Strings
Awesome animated movie. Might be a little scary for younger kids.

What you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in the playground is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no props, and may the mods have mercy on your soul.

"Don't Breathe" I thought it was solid for a new age suspense/thriller.
A female friend recommended this to the wife and I. She told us it was one of the best movies she had ever see. My thoughts after the movie....clearly she hasn't seen many movies. The setup was a little silly, but they built some solid tension is the early going. Unfortunately after about 25 minutes I started wondering to myself, is this movies almost over? Then I checked the time when I was sure the movie was almost over, and oh, only half was done. Very poor pacing in this film, and the "twist" wasn't set up well at all, nor was it a big enough part of the story for me to feel invested at all. Also I absolutely hate when a director opens a film with a scene from the middle/end of a movie, in this case it completely ruined any tension or mystery from the second half of the film. Overall I'd give this film a 4 out of 10, which is still watchable in my book, but I could see a younger female audience feeling more connected to this film.

Just saw Rogue One - thought it would suck but it was great toward the end and tied in nicely with the beginning of A New Hope. There's a scene with Vader that's BADASS - just leave it at that.

Saw it today as well. Completely agree with everything you said. The last half of the movie was awesome. Definitely not the light hearted, easy going Star Wars of the past. Love the darker feel of this movie.

Saw it over the Holidays..couldn't agree more...Rogue One is everything that The Force Awakens was not.

Re-watched Gangs of New York the other night. Awesome movie, forgot how much I loved it. Also forgot about DiCaprio moving between three different accents throughout the whole thing.

Gladiator is the last movie I watched. That movie never gets old. One of the best ever made.

Just watched the new Sicario at the cinemas and I thought it was fucking awesome. The ending was a bit sudden and kind of corny but still pretty good nonetheless. Overall a great movie that has your attention for the entirety.
