Damn, I need to see Revenant still

Might go see Batman v Superman late tonight, anyone had a chance yet?

Late to post but I thought Aflack was a dope Batman. He was just a brooding lunk that wanted to hammer the shit out of everyone. The Superman story kinda dragged a little but I think it was worth the watch.

This is Kung Fury... haven't gone back to see if there are any posts on it but it needs to be watched by all.

Watched Batman vs Superman. Not bad, the casting of Lex Luthor was just horrible.

If I started choking Jessie Eisenberg I don't think I would be able to control myself and stop

HAHA. I just watched American Ultra last night. Interesting and entertaining film. I laughed a bunch of times but the movie was not how the trailers and commercials made it out to be. Nice little twist at the end.

Fillms I've watched lately -

Hologram for a king - was alright at best.

Money Monster - better than I expected good one time watch.

Jungle book - didn't expect much going in but really enjoyed would watch again .

Tarzan - was a bit of a letdown thought it could have been alot better.

Conjuring 2 - already knew the story from a documentary which did spoil it a little but was a good horror.

"Don't Breathe" I thought it was solid for a new age suspense/thriller.

In July and August I went and seen Secret Life of Pets with my niece and nephew. The Conjuring 2 and Nerve with my brother in law. First time in 10+ years I went to a movie theatre.

Captain America Civil War

Thought it was an Iron Man movie at times. Good action, and a good enough plot. These super hero movies are getting a bit stale though.

Saw Mississippi grind on pay tv last night, I thought it was an awesome movie. Ryan Reynolds and an Aussie actor named Ben Mendehlson. It starts off slow and reveals the characters darker unattractive sides as the movie goes on. Great character acting and a pretty unique film I thought.

Watched The Do-Over on Netflix, the new Adam Sandler flick. I never had the inclination to watch it. My girlfriend put it on and I was hooked within 20 minutes. Pretty entertaining film. No award winner by any means but highly entertaining and reminiscent of his earlier films. Had a very adult ending, but the trailer does not do justice as to how 'complex' the film can get (quotes because it's as complex as an Adam Sandler film can be lol). I would recommend for anyone looking for something new to watch and willing to chuckle now and again.

I've been wanting to see Mississippi Grind.
A few guys that always play at Harrahs New Orleans are in it, they are even in the trailer for a second in the beginning.

I'm going to try and download it.

I love Ben Mendelsohn.
First time I noticed him was his portrayal of an addict in Killing Them Softly, which is a pretty decent mob movie staring Brad Pitt (which was obviously filmed in New Orleans, but I think they were supposed to be else where).

Watched Biutiful on world movies the other day, Javier Bardem all in Spanish. A bit depressing for those who really get into their movies, I thought it was very good. Bardem is great in it...such a heavy movie
