Happy to see Kang of back on track, very very talented with tons of potential. Reminds me alot of Eddie Alvarez (both in looks and fighting style)
So here is the fight-> Jae Young Kim vs. Denis Kang

Outstanding performance.....I think he should step up into some more difficult competition by switching orgs....I know he used to a ring and all, but I'm sure there are some new orgs like that who could use a MW Champ (Affliction)

Overrated? Please man.. he is a great fighter who has fought some of the best in the game.. he carries a good record and has fought in some of the best organizations.. he is a threat to anybody he fights.
Kang looked great in there, good to see him back to his winning ways!

well he was very overrated until Mousasi exposed him. everyone thought Kang was a top 10 MW and some claimed that he was top 5. he was running off of the hype he gained from his run at Pride where he we won 6 in a row only losing to Misaki in his last fight in Dream. after his Pride stint he went 1-2 losing to Akiyama and Mousasi (now he is 2-2 with his recent win) both of whom defeated him within 5 minutes. Kang has shown that he falters against the best and that he is not ready to consistently face top quality opponents. i would have to say that ricoj3323 is justified with his statement.

He faces Marvin Eastman next...a match I don't see him winning if he doesn't get the KO within the first period. 2-3 for Kang would be disasterous.

i'd love to see him in the ufc, the guy is well rounded and a tough fight for anybody. and who knows, he could pull off another impressive winning streak and find himself in title contention again.

I think you have to take into consideration that at that time Denis's wife had just recently passed away. I don't think he was really focused on fighting. He's a much better fighter than he showed in those fights.
