Hey, I've gotta say this is another good one.... "if bruce lee was in mma he'd kill everyone." sure guys... i guess chuck norris would kill the world with a roundhouse kick too eh?
i also love it when people are like "what are you doing tonight" and i kindly reply "i'm watching the ******* UFC pay per view, leave me alone" (knowing they have no idea about mma at all) and they come back with some shit about ken shamrock or royce gracie... i know, i know. i love the old school guys too but come on.... we're 15 years past that now. get with the ******* times!

As a sociologist, the ethnocentric comment made me laugh hysterically. I mean I see where she's coming from with things being culturally acceptable but the parallel to MMA just cannot be made.
I grow tired of the assbag that gets so drunk they keep walking in-front of the TV during the main event.

1)I used to be a bartender and i would not serve this one guy because he already had too much to drink, he got so mad that he told me that he has been taking kick boxing for two years and is a balckbelt. Then he proceeded to tell me that if he wanted he could kick my ass but he wouldnt because he could go to jail for using deadly weapons. Then when one of his friends tried to calm him down he was like im an ultimate fighter, im just waiting to sign my contract for the UFC. It was hilarious what made it even funnier was that he was extremely out of shape and at least 40 years old.
2)My brothers friend said after Royce Gracie and Matt Hughes fight that it had to be fixed because Royce is the best and could submit anyone he wanted. He honestly believed that Royce was undefeated knowing absolutely nothing about MMA, which is fine but when he pretends to know everything about MMA it makes it sad but good for laughs.

I was watching UFC 83 at a bar with my two friends..... they proceeded to talk about the fighters and start betting on the fights. I was quite for the most part. Letting them argue it out without knowing anything about MMA.
Then the GSP/Serra fight comes on...... my friend turns to my other friend and says"
"This guy is going to win..... hes walking around like he has a huge penis...... Hes really confident"...... He was talking about Matt Serra
After the fight was over....... he was all butt hurt because he had to pay-up to my other friend.
I have never laughed that much in my entire life.
