And that was all without mentioning Bisping/Hammil..... can't say I disagree though, too many of these boxing judges throw numbers around that leave us wondering "wtf?".....Pride wasn't always any better, but there are fights I'd rather they just pick the winner and ditch the whole ten point must system...

I have to agree with most of what he said. There's no excuse for names not being correct on the cards. There's no excuse for not adding correctly.

...and they are not "UFC judges" - Dana White should feel no obligation to defend them. The athletic commission should do some drug testing on the judges. If not they ought to do some math testing.

yeah i can agree to a point... there needs to be a wrestling, a boxing, a kickboxing and a jiu-jitsu jiduge with an over all judge

The guy had some good points, but I think he comes off as an ass.

He said that one of the mistakes was one judge had Yushin Okamis name as Okami Yushin. No big deal, really, considering hes from Japan and they do that over there.

But yeah, in a major sporting event like that, you gotta get you shit together.

So this is the second time in UFC history i know of that this happened. The other was Matt Serra vs Din Thomas. But cmon if that has happened twice in the UFCs history big deal. In both cases it was sorted out shortly afterwards.

This guy is an idiot. If he was a real reporter, he'd know that the UFC has little to do with the judging, and if White had any say in the matter, he would probably eliminate the 10 point must system! Everyone blames Dana White and it's getting a little old.

no kidding.. everyone wants to ride the dana train everytime something related to mma happens. First of all, understand how the events are structured and do not blame dana for things that are under the control of the athletic comission. Second of all, I've been watching ufc for about 7 years now and thats the 2nd time i've seen that.. its not that big of a deal. Third, dana is not God, he makes mistakes and does his best to grow the sport the way he thinks it needs to grow. Considering what he's done since he's been president, you should be thankful.

I wish there would be more precise guideline on what's is judge and also I think too much attention is on the takedown...

It's one thing to do a takedown but if the guy can't do nothing on the ground....

exactly as much as I like Bisping this match was to Hamill, and the fact that the match was in england might have help a little bit too.

I agree but its not the UFC's fault - the Athletic Commission supplies the judges and the Ohio State Athletic Commission is a pretty big joke.
