anyone got any?

Mine is to lose 36lbs. I feel that its important to be healthy since I start school this spring to become a police officer and I know I hate seeing the cops in my city being overweight. I'm currently 196lbs and my goal is to be a solid 170.

Great to hear, good luck.....mine is to reduce about 3-4% body fat for the new year....go from 9 to approx. 5 or 6%.

I want to eat cleaner, live healthier.

Not to make any. Seriously, never able to keep them.

I'll say this much about weight loss: Having lost some 25-30 pounds over the past year (and probably putting a few back on these last 3 months...no thanks to Target), it's not as hard as it looks. I did little more than make a few tweaks in my diet, namely cut back on fast food (slacking there now), eating less fat and calories and what really made the difference: Portion control. I used to eat way more than I should've been eating in one sitting, but when I started exercising moderation I did so much better.

Quitting smoking for the second time. I had quit for a while, but relapsed when my daughter was born and I took the lsat the next day. After a year and 1/2 of sucking the cancer sticks, I need to stop.

I've got a list. I'm hoping I keep at least half of them. I'll give a few.

1. Quit drinking until my wedding in August. (I drink way too much)
2. At least 4 hours of BJJ training per week.
3. Start doing Judo.
4.Quit eating fast food and drinking soda.
5. Read at least 1 book per month.
6. Start writing music again. ( I used to be a musician)

I've got more, but I'll leave it at that. More than likely I won't keep them all, but I like having goals.

Find a chick who's name starts with X or Y so I can get closer to completing the "alphabet sex" game.

I got a bit of them, thanks mainly due to my sister....but it's really about being a better man so that in turn I am a better husband and father....I have been gone for most of my married years and child's lives so I really want the next year to be about some well earned quality time!

No more getting drunk, no more chewing, eat better, and work out more.

Diet, no drinking, and working out completes the trifecta of the ultimate resolution that will never happen.

Buld muscle for me, i'm not overweight by any means... i just don't have much muscle tone, basically just my arms.

I'm 180 right now, and 5'9''... was 194 in August, so i dropped a bit of weight just by eating right and drinking diet soda, haha.

So probably get in better shape, not necessarily lose weight, but build some muscle tone!
