My grandson has been taking Martial Arts with Sensei Duncan for 1 1/2 years. He teaches the children so much more than just MA, he teaches them respect. He also teaches them how to use their abilities to protect themselves, not just how to "kick butt." There is no competition between the kids, they all show each other respect, no matter what belt level they are at. I strongly recommend Kim Duncan Martial Arts Studio to anyone wanting the best MA experience for themselves or loved ones!!!

I've know Mr. Duncan for over 30 years now and I've trained with many of the best in Kenpo, Krav Maga, Jiu jitsu, Hapkido and Jeet Kune Do/Shootfighting. Mr. Duncan is one most talented, hard working, humble, and technical martial artist I have known. He is a great teacher and his vast experience has given him the ability to take a beginner and make him or her a very proficient and well-rounded martial artist.
More important than anything else is that Kim Duncan is a good man with a large heart and I call him my friend.

I met Mr. Duncan and some of his students at a local tournament they were fantastic and he was super nice .He took myself and 3 others out to eat with his students after the tournament to celebrate our wins-that's what martial arts is all about. Respect and friendship-We plan to visit him in Lincolnton NC.

I met some of Sensei Duncans students at a NAGA event in which they all won their divisions-one of his black belts won the Budweiser challenge in NC also-He sounds like a great teacher all his students that I have met are very good and very respectful-I dont think Sensei Duncan competes any more but I heard he was great when he did.
Hope to meet you one day Sensei Duncan

Great teacher -I studied with Sensei Duncan until I finished high school and joined the military-He has fantastic martial arts skill but very humble and no ego-just the opposite of what we see alot of in todays martial arts.
